BROW LAMINATION
AFTER CARE
-
NO WATER OR STEAM (MAKE SURE YOUR SHOWERS AREN’T STEAMY)
-
KEEP THEM IN THE SAME POSITION AS YOU LEFT
-
DO NOT BRUSH BROWS WHEN HAIRS ARE DRY, ONLY BRUSH BROWS WHEN DAMP WITH SERUM TO PREVENT BREAKAGE
-
Use Brow Gold Nourishing Growth Oil daily to keep the brows nourished and hydrated.
-
Do not apply make-up
-
Avoid swimming, saunas, and working out. Any excess moisture can cause a slight curl or frizz to the brow hair.
-
Do not allow prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
-
Do not apply Retin-A, AHA, or exfoliate around the brow area for 72 hours on either side of the treatment.
-
No self-tanning products should be used on the face for one week prior and 48 hours after treatment.
DAY 1 - Brows are more dramatic, laying flat to your skin, the color is fresh and most likely looks more intense (especially with the aftercare balm that is applied) They will appear flat + shiny.
Don’t fret, you’re going to love them! I honestly love the sleek first day look, rock them with confidence. I always tell my clients - a stranger wouldn’t think they’re too dark or extreme because they’ve never seen your natural brows.
AFTER DAY 2 - Brows will lift off the face naturally and have a fluffy + full look, tint or dye will start to fade.
-
Avoid over-wetting the brows
-
Apply brow oil starting on day 5 (to allow the tint or dye to fade naturally, as the oil can speed the fading process) If you experience any dryness before 5 days, apply the oil and brush it through gently
DAILY MAINTENANCE
-
Gently brush after showering
-
Apply keratin serum or oil to brush + style the brows
-
Make your refresh appointment 4 weeks after to get a hydrating treatment, sculpt and tint!
